Sue Hayward · Bettina Sellmann — Shimmer

Sue Hayward · Bettina Sellmann — painting · 13 February – 4 April 2026

Shimmer means glow or illusion – and that is exactly where the works of both artists meet. Shimmer points to a changing light, like the moon reflected in water. The word also evokes velvet, silver and pearls: a surface that is more than mere matter and looks different with every angle and every light.

Opening on Friday, 13 February 2026 · finissage on Saturday, 4 April 2026.
